We are commanded as we sing to teach one another (Ephesians 5:19, Colossians 3:16) and to sing with both the Spirit and the understanding (1 Corinthians 14:15). Because of this, every song we sing ought to present a message that is true to God's word. With that in mind, from time to time, we have been examining some of the songs we sing.
The following are sermons presented every few months that note the messages of these songs. May these studies increase our worship to God as we understand the songs.
Currently, at Rose Ave Church of Christ in Bellflower, we use Sacred Selections in our congregational singing. TATJR
